2. Exercises reduce stress and tension. These two evils contribute a lot to the impairment of vision. Different forms of tension leads to different forms of complications
Check Out Some Good Eye Exercises
Hold the tip of a pencil at a distance of a foot away from one eye. Close the other eye. Concentrate on the close held pencil and any object placed farther on an alternative basis.
Consciously blink for at least ten to twelve in a minute. This will lubricate the eye and reduce tension in the body. Then, try to rapidly flutter blink for at least 10 to 20 times.
Teach your mind to see the whole picture in front of your eyes and not just the primary object in view. Do not ignore the peripheral images seen by the eye.
By combining physical, psychological and nutritional aspects and exercises, you can improve your eyesight in a short period of time. Good eyesight contributes to the peace of mind and this in turn contributes to the quality of vision. Fit into this vicious cycle and enjoy good eyesight throughout your life.
